Thomas has represented Middle Eastern and international financial institutions on structuring and documenting of structured finance & derivatives (including Shari'a compliant investment and finance products). In addition, Thomas has substantial experience in complex contract drafting & negotiations, in transactional, commercial and finance areas. He has represented clients on transactions in a number of countries, including the US, India, Kuwait, Bahrain and is fluent in English and Hindi.
