AMR WAGEEH, Egyptian national, born in 1978, He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Alexandria University in 1999, practiced law in the Arab Republic of Egypt at Zoghbi Judgment Enforcement Center at Alexandria for two years. Then he worked as an investigator at the Ministry of Justice, Alexandria Court of First Instance, Egypt from September 2002 to October 2003.

Then he was seconded as a legal coordinator at Judicial Information and Training Center of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice from October 2003 to November 2004 and joined the Law offices of Jamal Ahmed Abdullah in 2004. He is a bearer of ICDL Certificate from New Horizon Private Training Institute, Kuwait, and approved by UNESCO in 2005. He was further approved by Microsoft Corporation after he was awarded MCP from Arab Academy for Sciences and Technology (AAST) approved by Microsoft International Corporation since 2003. He also obtained a course on Acquisition of Basic Skills from Briltz Languages Center (BBSA) in Alexandria, Egypt 2002. He is currently a member of Egyptian Lawyers Association, and a member of Future Generation Graduates Society of Egypt. He is a member of Friends Club of USA Voice Broadcast.

His areas of practice are corporate governance, corporate and commercial laws, banking, insurance and finance, corporate taxation, E-commerce & IT, intellectual property rights, environmental law, Islamic finance, mergers & acquisitions. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
