MOHAMMAD ALI AL-ASHRY born in Egypt in 1969. He graduated from Alexandria University’s Faculty of law in 1991. He served with Marine forces from 1991 through 1994. Mr. Al-Ashry worked in the Al-Sharq insurance Company’s Division of Traffic Accident Compensation. Mr. Al-Ashry took part in several seminars including, “New Rental law and Practical Applications (Behira, Egypt) and “Law and Security”, (Alexandria Egypt). Mr. Ashry is registered as a lawyer at Egypt Bar Association (EBA) since 1997. He is registered as a lawyer before the Court of Appeals in Egypt. He joined the Law Offices of Jamal Ahmed Abdullah in 1998. His areas of practices are banking, insurance and finance, corporate and commercial laws, corporate taxation, employment, labour and social affairs law, litigation and arbitration, maritime, shipping and transportation, mergers, acquisitions, amalgamations and disinvestments, public, private tenders, construction and engineering, real estate development and finance, wills, trusts and estates. |
